5-Day Meal Plan

Monday: Air Fryer Brats + Instant Pot Green Beans

Tuesday: Crockpot Ranch Pork Chops + Wild Rice

Wednesday: Air Fry Boneless Chicken Thighs + Corn on the Cob

(Make a double batch of chicken, shred and store leftovers)

Thursday: Gluten Free Chicken Enchiladas

(Use leftover chicken for enchiladas)

Friday: Chipped Beef on Toast

Weekend Meals
