Are you looking for local celiac disease support? NCA offers an extensive and growing network of people across the nation who are willing and waiting to help you live day-to-day with your diagnosis. Sign up for the next national virtual support group. These meetings are available for both members and non-members and are held from 7-8 pm (EST) on the second Tuesday of each month.

On to today's topic - delicious dinner meals!

We are all about great tasting, simple, kid-friendly gluten-free food. We are an online kitchen where feeding kids gluten-free is made easier with simple recipes & kids’ cooking ideas.

Highlighted you will find our top favorite meals to make as a family. These can easily be added to this week's meal plan or saved for the weeks to come. We hope you have a blast making these recipes and create memories along the way. Enjoy!

5-Day Meal Plan

Monday: Chuck Roast Instant Pot

Tuesday: Gluten Free Tacos + Spanish Rice

Wednesday: Instant Pot Spaghetti & Frozen Meatballs

Thursday: Brussels Sprouts Soup (or swap with a dinner recipe below)

Friday: Dairy Free Waffles + Sunny Side Up Eggs

Weekend Meals

Round out the weekend by serving leftovers on Saturday and Sunday or enjoying your favorite local restaurants. The goal is for your family to spend less time in the kitchen and more time together on the weekend!


Chicken Sausage Skillet

Our chicken sausage skillet is quick and easy, made in just 30 minutes. Chicken sausage, cubed potatoes, bell peppers, zucchini, and tomatoes are combined in this delicious skillet dinner that kids love.

Creamy Pasta Recipe with Ground Beef

Our creamy pasta recipe with ground beef is made with ground beef, tomato sauce, and cream it's a one-pan dinner that is gluten-free.

Instant Pot Bone In Chicken Thighs

Instant pot bone-in chicken thighs are a simple & healthy dinner idea your kids will love. This instapot recipe uses broth and spices to flavor the chicken thigh recipe then is finished off with a quick broil for extra crispy chicken.

Air Fryer Coconut Shrimp

Air fryer coconut shrimp is breaded and then air fried for perfectly crispy coconut shrimp that your family will love. Shrimp is coated in seasoned flour, dipped in egg, then coated in panko blended with sweetened coconut. It's coated with cooking spray and then air fried for just 10 minutes. Gluten-free.
